No preparation, lack of communication, no response from recruiters at all.
Not a smooth process, wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
Hope the buying process of Tw upgrades the level of recruiters.
Asked odd questions that didn't focus on the role and wasn't focused on getting to know the candidate. Attention wasn't focused and interview could have been better

There were 5 rounds of interviews with people of different positions, including a presentation that I had to prepare for one of the interviews. Overall it was a lengthy and systematic process.
