Interview
Meet with the boss and if you have a good driving record and some experience your hired. The job is on call. Therefore you will be asked if you mind being on call and working until the job is done. Casing stabbers are in the air off the rig floor about 40-50 feet, so you will be asked if your ok with heights.

it was a phone call. quick and easy. Very friendly and inviting. Informative about policies and procedure's. Company expectations were out front there was no hidden agenda. I knew I had the job upon leaving the interview.
