Had webcam phone screen with the Recruiter and then phone interview with the Hiring Manager. Hiring Manager was in the car driving through much of the interview and phone kept going in and out. Also Hiring Manager stated wanted in person interview and to set up with the Recruiter. Two weeks later received call stating they were moving onto another candidate. Not a fair interview as Hiring Manager not focused and then made false promises. Recruiter was very professional throughout all dealings though. Hiring Manager not very professional.
