Phone interview for an hour with HR, then submitted a writing sample. Once approved I was called in for a full-afternoon of 3 interviews: one 3-person panel interview, then a 2-person interview, followed by a one-on-one with the VP and head of my potential team, all one after the other. Then I had a call-back for another 2 person interview a little later. Did not hear back for about 2 full months.
