An initial phone call with management as an intro and to understand the opportunity and expectations. This was followed by a more formal interview multiple staff members via video conf in Microsoft Teams

Phone interview for 30 mins with the HR and then video interview for 1 hour with the Graphic Designer. The phone interview was behavioral questions and the second one was technical questions.
