Interview
For management level positions you will most likely be interviewed by corporate HR first. Then a month or so later you might hear something back, if so you will be asked to come in for a face to face interview. Expect that your time is NOT important and plan to stay for most of your day waiting on the GM to show up. If you get the job you will get a call. If not they will not contact you to tell you anything, and don't bother trying to call in, they don't care to respond.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not a question, but a trick. In order to make sure you are physically capable of doing the job they will walk you through the plant. They will walk faster and faster ensuring you can keep up. If you don't, you will not get the job.
Do not show up with a dreadlock hair style, you will not be hired.
