I met with the recruiter which went great. I then met with two other directors. The interview went ok, at the end of the interview they said that they're not the type of company that leaves prospects hanging and I will hear back in a couple of days either way.
Four weeks later and I think it's safe to say I've been ghosted.
Don't say that you won't leave people hanging when you do. I'm not mad that I didn't receive an offer, it's fine if they thought I wouldn't be a good fit. But don't volunteer information and say that you are not the kind of company to leave people hanging when you do. It takes less than a minute to send a templated rejection email and not doing so is disrespectful of a candidate's time.
