The interview process matched the challenges matched at work.
The job described and requirements had a 1 to 1 parity. The interview was fast paced and there was the benefit of being compensated for the time taken to do the interview which was new for me.

Question 1
There were multiple challenges. One was an open-ended scenario where you're given an architecture with performance issue. You're also given bits of "realistic" code and the challenge was debugging the buggy code with different levels of complexity.
