Relatively quick but almost unreasonably difficult interview process - one recruiter call, a writing assessment, a panel interview with a senior member, then a presentation to a panel. The writing assessment was very extensive than any I've done in the past (a page of questions, an entire referenced outline of a deck, then an entire referenced slide deck). The panel interview asked very detailed questions on the level of someone who's an expert in the disease state and the drug (and not just a candidate who had 3 days notice to create an assignment on it over one week), as well as strategy questions on the level of someone who has been working with the client already (again, not on the level of a candidate who will be taught). During the interview, the interviewers were also quite transparent that they no longer wanted to talk to me after a while, which probably made me feel and do worse.
