Worthington Enterprises Human Resources Business Analyst - Rotational Development Program interview questions

The interview process was rather long and a bit misleading. I started out with an initial phone interview and then another phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then told that I would be flown out for an interview in Columbus, Ohio and was even asked what flight I preferred. However, I did not receive a response for 2-3 weeks from the hiring manager and was left in the dark until they finally told me that they would interview through Skype instead. Finally, I interviewed with 4-5 different people, none of which were managers making the decision, and was left in the dark for another month afterwards. The hiring manager tried to save face by giving the opportunity to interview with her manager about "future opportunities" with the company, but it ended up being a free consultation session and I never heard from them again. Nothing about this process seemed objective. I am pretty sure that I did not even interview with the same people that the other candidates had the opportunity to interview with.
