Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions interview questions

I had a phone interview and then a week later a video interview. I did exceedingly well in both. I was told to wait a week as my resume needed to be approved by the government (not sure that actually happened). I didn’t feel the follow up was great as I had to contact them several times asking for a follow up interview. She said she would follow up and didn’t and when I did she claim she didn’t have my email to follow up and then said she emailed me telling me she didn’t have my email. Huh? I followed up a few times with multiples people before getting a response back telling me I was not qualified in doing research. I legit have a PhD, the position required a masters. I have conducted my own research study, and I have a published dissertation in addition I had over 15 years of experience the role required 10. It was a turn off as I am African American and I did an video interview and I felt the interview was bias to the point that I felt I knew more about the VA healthcare system then those interviewing me but was called unqualified Take it for what you will. I wasn’t hired for a job I have literally served as a subject matter expert for in previous positions. I also Out degree the position and have more years experience. So idk.

Telephone interview with the program manager. Resume was submitted approximately one week prior to telephone interview. Received an offer letter within one day post interview. Completed a background check prior to interview. From start to finish with job accepted was approximately two weeks. Employee orientation was accomplished in one week at the work site.
