I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at WorldNow and WXIX (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview was quick. The man who interviewed me was very nice, during the interview,. However it wasn't until after the interview when his true colors showed. He never contacted me. But it was ironic how he wanted me to ask questions through email like if I had any other questions. When I did email him the week I was supposed to hear back he just answered my two questions I had for him and didn't mention whether or not I got the job. It's not worth it. They give me part time hours and you only get paid $10 an hour so you have to have a another job on the side. I honestly believe that he didn't want to hire a black person. During my waiting game I happen to snoop on LinkedIn and found out that they hired an intern for the news content specialist position. It's sad that I wasted my time as it intern there and didn't even get hired after college.
