Phone interview
The problem was even though the questions they asked requires industry based knowledge (Multi-threading -> i.e Fintech business) and my CV clearly states that i only have short experience with related industry, i found myself being bombarded with those questions.
In other words, most questions were not related to candidate's profile. I will take the interview reviews here more seriously.
No talking about background experience, current skills set .

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WorldFirst (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
After registering an interest via my recruiter an initial phone interview was setup with the HR/Hiring Team. This was really just a culture fit more than anything.
That was followed by a technical test and a face to face interview.
The interview was conducted by two current members of staff. When I arrived at the office they gave me a piece of paper with a few light technical challenges on, though it wasn't really used or referred to during the actual interview.
