I recently went through the interview process for a Project Management Internship at World Wide Technology. The process started with a phone screening with an HR representative, followed by a second interview with someone from the project management division.
After the second interview, I was informed that I would receive an update on the next steps within two weeks. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication, even after the stated timeframe had passed.
Overall, the interview process itself was smooth, and the interviewers were professional. However, the lack of follow-up left a negative impression. Clearer communication—even if just to inform candidates that they are no longer being considered—would improve the experience.
