Interview process was grueling and repetitive. Met perhaps 15 or 16 people. Questions repeated so often that I wondered if it would have been easier to have a polygraph machine attached.
10 minutes of each hour long interview was dedicated to asking me about my Christian faith. As a baptized but not overly devout Catholic, I was wary about this. I told them that I had no problem with one weekly prayer.
Worst part was the meltdown in the final interview by a prospective colleague. I asked a work choice/ workload-related question and then she fully snapped, going off on me... It became obvious that they were overworked very badly.
