Walked in to ask for job opportunities and the manager briefly interviewed me on the spot. Told me to fill out an application online and they reached back to me within a week with a second interview by another manager.

Interview
I was taken to the back and the interview began. The questions were very generic. There was no questions that caught me off guard which was nice. The interview was about 40 minutes long which I thought was shocking but I was nervous at first and the manager made me feel comfortable.

The interview process was easy and simple. Managers were extremely friendly and kind. They asked very basic questions that were targeted towards your availability and you’re role at the store.
Schedueling conflict. When I showed up the person who was supposed to interview me was not there and someone else had to take over. They seemed unprepared to do conduct an interview.
