I responded to an announcement on LinkedIn. They responded shortly after, on a Wednesday or Thursday, and said to pick a time slot for a brief HR interview the following Monday.

Question 1
It was with someone with HR, so it was mostly about availability and a brief introduction to the position.
First round HR interview, followed by an unpaid task and second round interview. Much like the previous negative replies from years ago, candidates received no communication informing them of the outcome of their application. That is really the least a company can do – ghosting candidates is really shocking in 2025, especially from a global company.

-Several content / motivation questions via Google form
-3 timed tests (verbal reasoning, error checking and another I can't recall)
- Interview with presentation on built environment / sustainability. Generic background, motivation and context-baed questions
-Second interview. Further context/scenario based questions, my working style, etc
