Interview was very good, prepared for it good. There were 4 panel members, They started from introduction, then asked motivation question, then followed technical question about my experience in organizing events, workshops

First test was on line and was post pone at least twice. Second interview was a written test. Questions were mainly knowledge based. I found that you need to have worked for the organization previously in order to understand its operations.
