First of all, I was reached by phone for an interview related to my professional goals, career path, interests and possible constrains. It takes approximately 40 minutes. After a couple of months, I was invited to a personal and group assessment at the Headquarters. Each assessment takes one day and was focused on the analysis of a business case. All the process was very interesting, we also received some lectures about activities and functions inside the company, work culture and further development.
