I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at World Bank Group in Jun 2015
Interview
I have contacted directly the team I wanted to work with. The panel interview took place some time later over the phone. The only problem was a poor connection. The interviewers, however, were friendly and have repeated questions where necessary. After they asked me to briefly introduce myself, they started asking technical questions regarding my field of expertise. The discussion lasted around 20 minutes. In the end I asked my questions and we talked about when do I want to start. After that I waited for less than a month to get the offer.
