I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at World 50 Group
Interview
Interviewed with 5 different people. It was group-interview style, and done in pairs of two people at a time. It was very organized and I was given a sheet telling me who I would interview with before I did. They were all amazing. The environment was awesome too. I really loved this place.

Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted the next day about doing a phone interview. I gave my availability and didn't hear back from the recruiter. Almost a month later the recruiter reached back out to me to ask if I was still interested in doing the phone interview. We scheduled it, and she ended up canceling and rescheduling it FOUR times across an almost two week period. I thought that the phone interview had gone okay, but she left it at "the actual hiring manager will decide if she wants you to move into the next phase." Almost two more months go by and I haven't heard anything, including a rejection, so I try to reach out just to check in on the status of my application and the recruiter would not respond at all. I found this process pretty unprofessional. Understandably recruiters deal with many applicants, and not everyone can get the job. But, I felt like I was just toyed around a bit and then ghosted by the recruiter. Just take the five minutes to write the emails saying "we have decided not to continue your candidacy."
