The first interview consisted of a 4-person panel comprising supervisors and team members. There were 8 behavioral interview questions and 5 minutes were allotted for each answer.
15 minutes prior to the interview, candidates are given the interview questions and may write out answers or outlines to jog their memory during the panel interview.
The process takes approximately a half-hour, was low key, felt professional without pressure which allowed me to put on my best interview.
The second interview was very similar with a different mix of panelists - still 4.
