1st interview was a recruiter screening phone call, followed by 3 - 30 minute interviews with team managers of customer success. There were 2 managers in each of those interviews.

Interviewers and recruiters were really nice over but it took a while to hear and follow up on whether or not you got the role. Overall a great experience even tho I didn’t get the offer
4 rounds, 1st set was amazing. 2nd set was distracted, seemed annoyed and not interested. 3rd was director which was average. Didn't feel welcome so stopped caring. 4th I showed up to show face.

Interview
There was an initial 30 min phone screen, then a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. The interview was rescheduled more than once as the hiring manager was traveling and very busy.
