Working Well Trust interview questions

The interview was quite hard but the interviewers were very friendly and even offered feedback post interview. They were attentive and helpful and available to answer any questions, both prior and post interview. You could tell they were passionate about their work and treated their staff well.

Very straightforward, meritocratic and fair. Friendly and approachable people. Respectful and they make clear what is that they want. Very nice experience! Reasonable rounds, steps and amount of questions. I loved the process. Quick and effective to answer back. Fruitful and constructive feedback has been also provided. Mindful organisation with great it seems to me culture and good talented people that honour its mission.
