I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workforce Solutions Capital Area (Austin, TX) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process was a tad long. It took two interviews. First one they told me I didn't need my camera on. Second one I was required to make a 10 minute presentation (lots of work and research put in), a sample email to a prospective partner and a 30 second elevator pitch. All of these taking a lot of time and resources. I have interviewed people for a long time and I know it doesn't take 2 interviews to know who you want to offer the position to. I had to emailed 3 times a week post interview to get a status update. They emailed me 2 weeks later stating they picked another candidate which was fine. The timeliness of contacting prospects with a decision was completely unprofessional.
