Easy interview one to one with regional director. Very nice person. She sonsiderate volunteer experience as work experience since you do the same "work" the next day she called me to start working. My first impresión was that this job was going tombs dificult, however with all the suportarla from HR and manager I was able to succeed for 5 years. Love how we all work as a team
