Interview
The essay assessment was a drag, the company showed a lack of unpreparedness. The interview process wasn’t particularly a tedious one except for the CEO, everyone else was female. After the interview ended they didn’t do a follow up and I thought it particularly wrong because for something that I had invested at least two months in, I should have gotten reasonable feedback when I didn’t get selected for the role

Interview
The process involved an online application after which candidates were selected for an online exam at their gbagada head office. The process was a bit stressful. If you're successful, you'll proceed to a physical interview stage. In all I think it's a good fit that prioritizes excellence.
