1. Applied for the job online. Then recieved an Email from the recruiter to setup virtual interviewer with hiring manager 2. Once confirmed, there was a 30 minute virtual interview with hiring manager on the West Coast The hiring manager was noticeably disinterested in me as an applicant from the moment I started talking and turned on my camera. I knew I wouldn’t be considered within 5 minutes of the conversation. Nevertheless I continued the interview out of professionalism. Not surprising, I got an automated rejection email a few hours later. Not sure what was the deal but I was surprised in her demeanor considering Workday has a very good reputation for a place to work. It ridnt elave a good impression of the company.
