      I interviewed at WorkSafeBC

      Interview

The interview process was long and time consuming. There was a prescreen, followed by a standard Q&A interview, followed by a simulation/demonstration of skills, followed by a mock 'consulting' session with a panel of clients. The job turned out to have very little in common with the interview (i.e., there was very little consulting/advising, and the range of services provided was very narrow)

      Question 1

There were many questions and scenarios focused on working with challenging clients. I did not experience this in the role.
