Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. Had a short phone interview followed by an onsite interview. The phone interview was conducted by a recruiter, and was just a simple, casual conversation about my capabilities. Following the phone interview there was an onsite interview with two engineers at the company that lasted approximately an hour.
