I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Work Sharp (Ashland, OR) in Feb 2024
Interview
I was required to take an assessment, as well as curate an essay response explaining how I relate into Work Sharp's core values, as well as provide examples of my work. The person in charge of my application only responded once a week in a 30 minute window. It took 3 weeks of responding providing what they asked for before I was ghosted. I have made multiple follow ups and have been ignored each time.
In this day and age ghosting a potential employee is completely unacceptable & unprofessional. It takes 30 seconds to write a 2 line email saying you're going in a different direction.
We're sorry for any communication hiccups during your application process. Your feedback is important, and we're looking into how we can do better. Thanks for sharing your experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Work Sharp (Ashland, OR) in May 2021
Interview
Several steps were involved: application, respond to how I would fit with their core values, phone interview, sample project, followed by in person interview with the team I would be working with. I invested a lot of time for this interview and it really gave me insight into the job I would be performing and the company and my coworkers. I have the job I thought I was being hired for as a result of the interview process. I also am confident they found who they were looking for as a result of their process. They were willing to go through this process until they found the right fit for me and for them. It was totally worth it!!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Work Sharp (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in Mar 2016
Interview
I responded to a job ad that stated ideal employee should have a lot of unconnected design skills, which later on turned out to be greatly exaggerated. The first round was just general questions about my skills and going through my CV. Then I heard from the manager that they are willing to make an offer and went on to talk about the terms.
