Went through 5… yes, five rounds of interviews with hiring manager and other members of the team. At each step in the process, language was scripted so that I believed this position was a guarantee. After the fifth and final interview, was completely ghosted. Get the sense this is a company that operates on theory, and not practice. I advise candidates to be up front with hiring managers and ask about total steps in this process before wasting your time preparing, conducting, and following up with interviews.
