Worcester State College interview questions

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Initial phone screen with committee, HR will send form reference check between first and second round without notice. Final round is second meeting with committee, they will pull references again on all final candidates. Had to follow up multiple times to get an answer, union seems to have influence. I would avoid at all costs, the steps they put you through is not at level with the university

I was invited for an in-person interview and bypassed a phone interview. I had to wait for a little while prior to coming in on time for my interviewer to come get me. She had apologized for the wait and brought me in to her office. The interview was about an hour long, and honestly I think I talked for about 25% of it. I felt it was hard to get a word in edge wise and there were many things I was told in the interview process that you should NOT be telling a possible new employee.
