Prior to my full-time employment at WoodRiver, I worked for their annual choice program call center (referred by a friend). Due to my temporary employment, I was able to showcase my work ethic. On the final day of the choice program, I was asked to visit with management. First, I was interviewed by the department head and the VP of Business Development to see if the position they were offering would interest me. Then I had a second meeting with just the VP of Business Development to talk more seriously about the expectations and requirements of the position as well as the benefits/pay.
