Interview
I was brought to them by a recruiter, and met with the office manager and head paralegal. I was treated with respect and was shown that they valued and appreciated me and my experience.
Interview process was simple and straight forward, Aavergae caseload handled at previous firm; stong suit and how do you handle stress nd conflict. An offer was made the same week and I started workign the following week. Training offered if needed, ususally work for one two attorneys.
