Video interview (first assessment)
It was a video interview where you should record your answers to questions displayed on the screen given 15 seconds preparation. The recording time for each question is 2 minutes.
In my case, I received 6 questions.

Interview
Interview scheduled for 5 hours, 8am-1pm at the Houston office. Was asked to prepare a short presentation for a portion of the interview. The interview was a multi-step process consisting of an HR interview, technical interview where I was asked to create a map using ArcGIS, a presentation to a group of employees, a group exercise with the other candidates, and an informal lunch.
