The interview process was very delayed. After waiting for 1 month I was again called to interview with the panel. The interview was easy. But waiting for their response for more than a month now. No one from the team is answering my calls or replying to my emails.

I had a preliminary phone interview with someone in HR. This was followed by an in-person interview with the team leader at WonderDads. That went well, so I then met with the owner of the company.

Interview
Contacted directly via e-mail by the venture capitalist owner in response to my employment submission via Craigslist. Worked with and through him to set up my interview with his Vice President who was assigned to managing his pet project.
Interview took place at their office in Novato, CA. They provide no instructions regarding where to go or to ask for when I arrived for my interview.
Was interviewed by VP who was clearly not trained on how to interview or what questions to ask to elicit the best answer. Interview with owner followed. He talked about himself and his projects for 15 minutes, leaving just 5 minutes for exchanges with me.
Would rate the interview on the very easy end of the scale. At conclusion of interview I was told by the VP that they would be in touch by e-mail or phone. One month later, I have heard nothing.
