I interviewed at Women In Need Society (Calgary, AB)
Interview
At the start I was told the process would be quick, with clear communication and timelines as the organization wanted this position in place. However the interviews dragged on for over a month with little to no communication.

Question 1
Describe a challenging circumstance with individual donors
Began with a screening questionnaire via google form, followed by an in person interview. After the interview I did not hear anything. It's disappointing and rather unprofessional that they don't do the common courtesy of a simple 'we regret to inform you a candidate has been selected' email.

Question 1
What do you think WINS could improve on for their current social media platform?
I applied online. I interviewed at Women In Need Society
Interview
First phone call was a screening questionnaire with HR. I was told that the shortlist would be contacted the following week at the latest. I reached out the next week asking if the shortlist had already been contacted and never received a response ever again. How disappointing - the bare minimum you can do as an employer is respond to someone who you have encouraged to be interested in the position.
