I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wolverine Services in Nov 2017
Interview
A company recruiter contacted me regarding a specific position and location. I interviewed with the company president, Operations director, my predecessor and two management level employees whom I would supervise.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wolverine Services (Barstow, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Interview was very laid back and comfortable. No testing was required. Basic questions related to safety, time management, work ethics and experience. The job is for a contractor on a military base so you have to get vetted to access the installation. Due to that, my interview was off base at a neutral location. Some are interviewed on base though

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Wolverine Services
Interview
I was initially contacted by the employer after having had my resume reviewed on an online employment search engine. I was giving the details of the job offer, referred for an interview, and hired. The entire process took about three weeks from what I can remember. That is due to the process for government contracts. It was a thrilling experience for me, as I had never before experienced this type of hiring process. It was well worth the process time.
