My first interview was with a recruiter, and it started late. After the interview, they said I’d be invited to the next stage, but the recruiter just disappeared, and I never heard back. Honestly, I didn’t expect this kind of behavior from this company.

The questions were basic and straightforward, like about my work experience in recent years, my current role, and my expected salary.

Interview
One of the worst interviews I’ve ever had, honestly. After applying on LinkedIn for a job in the Netherlands, I went through three rounds of interviews over a month and a half. The questions they ask are super vague, and you have no idea what position or project they’re hiring for. From what I gathered, the company is huge, has a ton of staff in the Netherlands, and they’re basically looking for someone to work on a project that hasn’t even been defined yet. You don’t know who your manager is or what you’re supposed to do.
The technical questions were super weird and had nothing to do with the job role. After three interviews, they just ghost you, no updates, nothing. Even if you send follow-up emails, they don’t reply, and the HR team just disappears.
Honestly, it was so unprofessional and amateurish. I completely wasted my time.

Like I said, you have no idea why they’re even interviewing you. The questions they ask are totally irrelevant and shallow. For example, they ask things like, “Do you know how to work with AI?” Working with AI is so unrelated, and they don’t clearly explain what exactly they’re looking for.
