3 interviews - screening, interview with manager, presentation with manager and teammate. Was told I would be informed one way or another "as they do not like keeping candidates in the dark". Very unprofessional to not send a rejection email after all the time invested into interviews. HR has not answered my emails asking for status updates. While I was obviously not chosen to move forward after 3 interviews, a final email would have been nice rather than ignoring me.
