Two phone interviews with HR recruiters began in late March - early April 2011. They lasted about 15 minutes each and were usual interview questions relating to past work experience and what drew me to applying for the current position in question. After the HR screening, I had another phone interview with my potential supervisor which lasted an hour and was very thorough. Detailed questions relating to the new position were explained and I was given the opportunity to explain how my experience was relevant to the company's objectives. After passing the phone interview, I was scheduled for two separate face-to-face interviews with both my potential supervisor and her boss. I was offered the position about a week later and accepted.
