I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Philadelphia, PA) in Aug 2016
Interview
phone interview with HR, in person interview with manager, phone interview with director and then another phone call with HR person (same from beginning) to discuss employment opportunity. In person interview was spur of the moment because of a conflict. Everyone was very friendly. Some of it seemed unnecessary (the last phone call) because it was just repeating what the in person interview asked. Would have been more efficient to have the two together interviewing me.

Interview
I was contacted via e-mail by a member of HR to set up a short phone interview for another position that I had applied for. The phone interview covered my past experience and what I was looking for in a new job, and based on my experience the recruiter recommended that I apply for this position instead, which I did. About a week after applying for this specific position, the HR recruiter let me know that the department manager wanted to interview me. Shortly thereafter I was scheduled for a half hour, on-site interview with the department manager. They let me know the timeline for a decision and kept me updated over the next two weeks, after which point the HR recruiter called to offer me the position.
