Very friendly, quick, and structured. Amazing first call, a nice chemistry check, and honest about the salary budget right away. The e-mail communication was also fast and smooth. The whole process was very fast paced.
the process was very clear and organized. The hiring manager was very friendly, everything went smoothly. There was a short interview with the HR in the beginning and then an interview I had an interview with the hiring manager,

These people don't know what they're doing. This was an interrogation not an interview ran by a young fella based in Berlin. Not much emotional intelligence but high on ego. Standard young organisation process with a lot of inflated sells and many promises.
