Interview
This was an hiring event, so I was not getting interviewed for a particular position. Although it took almost an hour after my interview time for the interview to actually begin they were very clear for what they were looking for but were not clear as to I fit that role.
Normal tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, problem solving example, technical question specific to the area you interview for. HR phone screen, manager phone screen then in person interview on site
Multiple interview rounds, multiple interviews with heads of different departments as the last round. Interview process started with a phone recruiter, followed by a hiring manager, the Hiring Manager's manager, and then a final round with all the heads of the departments independently (4-5)

Technical Questions like about SPC, Troubleshooting tools, Working with multiple cross-functional teams, high-volume manufacturing environment.
First was a 15 minute phone call with HR followed up by a 45 minute interview with hiring manager. One more round of interviews after this if I had gotten through
