Interview
They had me come in twice, to meet with two different managers, both of which asked the same questions, and hired me on the spot. It was overall casual. The two managers were both young, and seemed a little scattered at the interview which was somewhat of a red flag, as I ended up having trouble with management down the line.

Interview
I applied so many times. They finally called after the 5th time 2 years later. They were nice. Most restaurants aren't when you interview. They never got back to me and reposted the job next day on Craigslist.
