Interview was pretty easy and the manager was friendly. There was not much of technical stuffs. It was more about getting to know the company and the works that are accomplished by the department.
First, candidates have to prepare for a 25-point test, and reach a minimum of 15 points to proceed. If this criterium is met, they are invited to the assessment center day.
It was really fair and well-structured. Everyone was very friendly. I can highly recommend the application process. For the online test, you should learn that it is time-pressured but manageable.
