Interview
I interviewed for a Business Analyst position requiring 2+ years of experience. The process started with a home assignment, which I had three days to complete. The test included percentage-related questions, a large chart followed by four multiple-choice questions, and a final section with two easy-to-intermediate SQL queries. The test itself took about one hour.
Afterward, the recruiter contacted me fairly quickly, and I was invited to an on-site interview at the company’s offices. The interview lasted two hours: the first hour was a hands-on task on the computer, and the second hour was a technical interview with two team leads, focusing on the task I had completed.

They asked me to define two KPIs based solely on the data I was given
They gave me a business case. In the business case, there was a table with a lot of data, and they had to manipulate it in Excel or Google spreadsheets to come up with insights about the data. Some of the questions were easy. Some of them were medium or hard.
a few tests first sql pretty easy then google sheets test more complex then then business case which was interesting but not a lot of time then interview with two recruiters
