With (Paris) interview questions

Probably the strangest interview experience I’ve had. I interviewed with what I believe was the Talent Acquisition or HR Manager. After the conversation, I received an offer, which I accepted — and then I was completely ghosted. No follow-up, no response, no explanation. The lack of communication was not only unprofessional but also confusing, especially after being made an offer. It left a poor impression of the company and raised serious concerns about internal processes and team alignment. It’s unclear whether this was an isolated case or a reflection of broader company culture, but either way, it doesn’t reflect well on the brand. Disappointing experience overall.

I had three rounds of interviews. I was rejected because they decided to go with a candidate that was available faster. Also, the offer wasn't amazing. I had a very positive experience though. Great contact with the recruiter, great talks with people. Beautiful office in Paris, I had a chance to talk to two founders and they were both really interesting people. Lots of green flags. The company seems to be fully international with people speaking English.
