With Honor interview questions

Had a great first interview and was told I'd be moving to the next round to discuss the role with the existing COO and that this would be scheduled within the next 1-2 weeks. I then got an email asking about my visa status (as I'm a foreigner) and several weeks later got a polite 'we're going in another direction' email. They clearly left me dangling while they attempted to find alternative candidates that didn't need a visa. I know some business can't afford to sponsor visas but mine is free for employers and almost an instant turnaround which I made very clear. I conclude that With Honor doesn't value diversity. What a disgusting experience.
